In our conversation, you expressed a desire to expand the City's
trail system; in particular, the desire to make a connection to Hardwood Creek Regional Trail in
Washington County.

Centerville has seen considerable change as the population continues to expand into the northern
metropolitan area. With this growth comes increased demand for, and expectations of, quality
recreational amenities. Centerville is fortunate to have an abundance of natural amenities.
The City has also had the foresight to develop a Comprehensive Parks and Recreation Plan and
to establish a Parks and Recreation Committee to oversee and preserve land for public use.
The challenge will come when the public demand warrants additional park improvements aild
greater connectively among recreational amenities.

SRF Consulting Group, Inc.
