P~(651)429-8629 <br /> <br />October 19, 2004 <br /> <br />Mr. Drew Johnson <br /> <br /> <br />Centervi11e, MN 55038 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Johnson: <br /> <br />Thank: you for your recent appearance before City Council to request funds associated with your <br />Eagle Scout Project to construction wood duck houses and installation of same within our <br />community. <br /> <br />As you are aware, the City Council at their regularly scheduled meeting of October 13, 2004 <br />agreed to contribute $700 toward your project and stated that you would be responsible for <br />soliciting funds for the rem~ining dollar amount needed. <br /> <br />Council requested that you work with our Public Works Department (651) 429-4750 regarding <br />the placement of the wood duck houses when they are completed and ready for installation. <br /> <br />Staff requests that you complete the enclosed form, attach receipts and submit same to City Hall, <br />Accounts Payable, for reimbursement. City Hall hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am. - 4:00 <br />p;1Il. If your schedule does not allow you to be available during these hours, the payment drop <br />box may be utilized.
