<br />Parks & Recreation Committee <br />Meeting Minutes 10-06-04 <br /> <br />According to one resident the water department had a 99 year lease for the property in question <br />as well as the shoreline and never actually owned the property to begin with. Council Member <br />Capra feels this may be worth investigating through Anoka County. Council Member Capra <br />will pursue this item with City Council. <br /> <br />VITI. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Peil, seconded by Committee Member Lindsay <br />to adjourn the October 6, 2004 Parks & Recreation Committee meeting at 7:19 p.m. All <br />in favor.
