<br />FREE! NFL Pepsi Punt, Pass & Kick Competition@
<br />For: Boys & Girls, Ages 8 - 15
<br />Sunday, September 17,10 a.m. - Noon, Centennial Middle School Field #5
<br />Join the Lino Lakes Parks and Recreation Department in conjunction with
<br />Pepsi~ and the NFL@ for the NFL Pepsi Punt, Pass & Kick Competition.~
<br />This exciting event allows boys and girls to showcase their football talents
<br />in punting, passing, and kicking with scores being based on distance and
<br />accuracy. Each participant's scores will be matched up with other participants in their age group. The age groups are
<br />separated by boys and girls divisions for 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15. Age classification is as of December 31, 2006.
<br />Each child will receive a participation certificate with winners of each age group receiving ribbons. Winners of this
<br />local competition will advance to the sectional championships at a later date. Please pre-register by Wednesday,
<br />September 13 by mailing, faxing or dropping off the Entry Form and Release of Liability (below) to the Lino Lakes
<br />Parks and Recreation Department, 600 Town Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, MN 55014. Volunteers are needed for this

<br />In return for being allowed to participate in the NFL Pepsi Punt, Pass & Kick Competition"', I release and agree not to sue the National Football League, its
<br />member professional football teams, NFL Properties LLC, NFL Ventures L.P, and their employees, subcontractors, sponsors, agents and affiliates,
<br />PepsiCo, Inc, on behalf of its Pepsi-Cola Company ("Pepsi"), its bottlers and/or bottling groups, Frito-Lay, Inc. ("Frito"), and Tropicana Products, Inc.
<br />("Tropicana") divisions and on behalf of such divisions' Canadian affiliates, Pepsi-Cola Canada Ltc. and The Hostess Frito-Lay Company from all present
<br />and future claims that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns for property damage, person injury, or wrongful death arising as a result
<br />of my participation in the Event and caused by the ordinary negligence of the parties listed above, wherever, or however the same may occur. I
<br />understand and agree that those listed above are not responsible for any injury or property damage arising out of the Event, even if caused by their
<br />ordinary negligence. I understand that participation in the Event involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, serious injury and death. I am voluntar-
<br />ily participating in the Event with knowledge of the danger involved and agree to accept all risks of participation. I also agree to indemnify and hold
<br />harmless those listed above for all claims arising out of my participation in the Event and all related activities. I agree to participate in only ONE Local
<br />Competition this year. I agree to let the above parties use my name, photo likeness, and demographic information free of charge in any manner and for
<br />any purpose in any media now known or hereafter created. I understand that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the
<br />laws of the state in which the Event is taking place and agree that if any portion of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force
<br />and effect. I further agree that any legal proceedings related to this waiver will take place in New York, New York.
