<br />.'EMO <br /> <br />TO: Parks and Recreation Committee Members <br /> <br />FROM: Kim Stephan <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Committee Business <br /> <br />DATE: April 27, 2006 <br /> <br />YMCA Park Play Davs <br /> <br />Ms. LaChelle Williams, Executive Director Chain of Lakes YMCA, will be in attendance to answer <br />any questions the committee may have regarding Park Play Days 2006. The following information is <br />available on the City web site. Attached is a registration form. <br /> <br />CentervilIe Park Play Days <br /> <br />The Chain of Lakes YMCA and the City of Centerville are offering children ages 4-12 the <br />opportunity to come and play at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park in Centerville. There will be a <br />variety of crafts, games, activities, sports and snacks. Participating children will split into two <br />age groups; ages 4-7 and ages 8-12. There will be two (2) - four (4) week sessions offering <br />opportunities to play; June 19 - July 19 (no play day the week of 4th of July) & July 24 - August <br />18. Both sessions are from 9:30am - 11:30am Monday and Wednesday. Cost is $48 per session <br />per child. <br /> <br />Programs are centered on the YMCA's core values: CARING, HONESTY, RESPECT, and <br />RESPONSIBILITY. <br /> <br />Kellv-MiIler Circus <br /> <br />The following is on the City web site. <br /> <br />THE CIRCUS IS COMING TO TOWN! <br /> <br />The Kelly-Miller Circus, sponsored by the Parks & Recreation Committee, is coming to <br />Centerville on Wednesday, May 31, 2006. The Big Top will be set up at Laurie LaMotte <br />Memorial Park. There will be performances at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. Tickets will be available <br />Monday, May 10, 2006 at the following ticket outlets: <br />
