Attached is a registration form.

Centerville Park Play Days

The Chain of Lakes YMCA and the City of Centerville are offering children ages 4-12 the
opportunity to come and play at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park in Centerville. There will be a
variety of crafts, games, activities, sports and snacks. Participating children will split into two
age groups; ages 4-7 and ages 8-12. There will be two (2) - four (4) week sessions offering
opportunities to play; June 19 - July 19 (no play day the week of 4th of July) & July 24 - August
18. Both sessions are from 9:30am -11:30am Monday and Wednesday. Cost is $48 per session
per child.

Programs are centered on the YMCA's core values: CARING, HONESTY, RESPECT, and
RESPONSIBILITY.

St. Paul Water Utility Pronerty on Centerville Lake

The City does not have a closing date set at this time for the portion of the property that is being
purchased. St. Paul Water Utility is still working on Title Documentation. The purchase agreement
has been signed by the City and agreed to by the St. Paul Water utility Board. City Administrator
Larson will try and have more information by the June 7, 2006 committee meeting. The City has not
heard anything at this time regarding the DNR Grant which was applied for.

Adont A Flower Bed - Requestine Funds

Funding was approved by City Council at the April 12, 2006 City Council meeting at $75 per flower
bed for mulch, compost, dirt, fertilizer and flowers. We still need someone to adopt Acorn Creek and
Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park. I have not been past Acorn Creek or Tracie McBride Memorial Park
so I do not know the status. Royal Meadows has been done by the same volunteer who did it the last
two years. I had a volunteer for Tracie McBride, but she has not turned in receipts and I don't know if
it has been done at this time. I also had a volunteer for Eagle Park and while it looks okay, nothing has
been done to it; it is just the perennials I planted last year. Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park flower bed
looks terrible and needs to be completely redone.
