<br />Parks & Recreation Committee <br />Meeting Minutes May 4, 2005 <br /> <br /> <br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Wednesday, May 4, 2005 - 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks and Recreation Committee of the City of Centerville <br />held the regularly scheduled meeting on May 4,2005, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Tedd Peterson <br />Vice-Chairperson Wayne LeBlanc <br />Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br />Committee Member Kathy Peil <br /> <br />(illITO@~~[J@W@@] <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Council: <br /> <br />Absent - A Council Work Session was scheduled at the same time. <br /> <br />Staff: <br /> <br />Kim Stephan <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />Chairperson Peterson called the May 4,2005 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting to order at <br />6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Vice-Chairperson LeBlanc requested a discussion be added of Hardwood Creek TMDL (Total <br />Maximum Daily Load) under Committee Business as #2. Chairperson Peterson requested the <br />trail along County Road 14 be added under Committee Business as #3. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Peil, seconded by Committee Member Seeley to <br />set the May 4, 2005 Parks & Recreation Committee Agenda with the above additions. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />IV. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />Mr. Drew Johnson and Mr. Dana Johnson made an appearance to update the committee as to the <br />status of the Adopt a Wood Duck House Program. At this point, eight (8) applications have been <br />received and five (5) wood duck houses have been installed in Centerville. Those adopting the <br />houses have agreed to clean them annually and refill with cedar, as well as giving monetary <br /> <br />10f5 <br />
