Now the Metropolitan COlUlcil <br />needs your help to preserve the last best natural resources and outdoor recreation <br />opportunities for future generations. <br /> <br />Nearly a million new residents will be here to use the regional park system by 2030. To <br />meet the growing need for recreation, the Metropolitan Council has prepared a draft <br />2030 Regional Parks Policy Plan. The plan includes a proposal to acquire and develop <br />three new parks and seven new trails. <br /> <br />A brochure summarizing the Regional Parks Policy Plan is enclosed.
