VonDeLinde <br /> <br />January 31, 2005 <br /> <br />Eileen Smith <br />Fete des Lues <br />1885 Main Street <br />Centerville, MN 55038 <br /> <br />Dear Eileen: <br /> <br />This letter will act as your special permit for the winter festival, Fete des Lacs, to be held February 18th - <br />20th, 2005 at Centerville Lake Beach within the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park Reserve. Please <br />keep this letter with you throughout the duration of event. <br /> <br />As we discussed on the telephone, the following activities and stipulations apply: <br />1. The event will run from approximately 8:00 a.m. (set-up) on the February 18th until 6:00 <br />p.m. on February 20th (end of dean-up). <br />2. There will be a bonfire within the bonfire pit by the large group pavilion on Friday and <br />Saturday. <br />3. There will be Sleigh/hay rides staged from the beach parking lot. <br />4. The parking lot and regularly plowed trails will need to be plowed by Anoka County Parks <br />if snowfall occurs. <br />5. Access to the bonfire pit will need to be plowed by Anoka County Parks as well. <br />6. The roll door on the Ufeguard Building will be opened Friday morning to allow access to <br />electrical outlets for temporary lighting for the ice skating event.
