In order to expedite this bid and finish the project in time for the <br />Fete de lacs, we would like Council authorization to both, prepare plans and specifications and advertise <br />for bids. We will certainly give the council an opportunity to comment on the plans before the bid, but <br />there may not be time for them to do so before the ad for bid is due to the paper. <br /> <br />To prepare the plans, administer the bid, and observe construction we estimate our hourly billings to <br />totaI16-17% of the construction cost for such a small and specialized project. We will complete necessary <br />watershed documentation on an hourly basis at our regular rates.
