Plants for planting. <br /> <br />Plan c: Do nothing at this time. (Not recommended by Park and Rec.) <br /> <br />3. RAIN GARDENS (yes, there are 2) <br />Part A. Develop Rain Gardens per recommendation by Gregg Thompson, Urban <br />Conservation Specialist from the Association of Metropolitan Soil & Water <br />Conservation Districts.
