Centerville Townoffice Park 2nd Addition (000616-06152-0). We have received the revised <br />plans and are reviewing them for compliance with our comments. Once this is complete, the <br />develoPer will be able to proceed with construction. <br /> <br />10. Banzai's Addition (000616-06154-0). Revised versions of the plat and grading plan have <br />been submitted and are being reviewed. <br /> <br />11. 1601 LaMotte Park Property (000616-07155-0). Contracts for the installation of park <br />shelters in both Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park and the Park Property at 1601 LaMotte Drive <br />have been signed and the contractor is working to get the shelters engineered and ordered <br /> <br />The parks commission is working on a list of remaining park improvements for 1601 LaMotte <br />and will be presenting this to the Council at tonight's meeting. The commission would also like <br />the Council to authorize the production of plans and specs for the park improvements so that <br />they can receive bids in early summer. <br /> <br />12. Downtown Overhead Power Relocation (000616-07156-0). Easements and right-of-way on <br />Clearwater Street have been staked Xce/ will have tree trimmers in to clear trees in those <br />areas shortly. City staff is working with the County on easements on the Chauncy Barrett <br />proPerty. . <br /> <br />13. Miscellaneous <br />. We submitted a scope of services and engineering proposal for the production of a <br />Downtown Redevelopment Comprehensive Infrastructure Plan. This would layout, <br />conceptually, the sewer, water, storm water, and street systems to allow continuity and <br />reliability of theses systems as they are designed and constructed in phases. Included <br />with this proposal is a separate estimate to complete an EAW if it is necessary. This <br />proposal also now includes topographic survey work. <br />. We have submitted a scoPe of services to take the 2009 street improvement project <br />through the public hearing stage. <br /> <br />- End of memo- <br />
