Also, there is no 1 DO-year flood elevation <br />established for the onsite wetland. The proposed 100-year flood <br />elevation and emergency overflow elevation and route for the <br />wetland basin north of the driveway are required. <br /> <br />The proposed low floor elevation is 908.0. This elevation will be <br />evaluated for compliance with District freeboard requirements once <br />Pending Item 4 has been addressed. <br /> <br />5.
