The Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council have previously <br />heard and approved of lot splits associated with PIN #'s R26-32-22-22-0004 (Boyle - <br />213.99' X 480' of rear parcel), R26-31-22-22-0009 (Kruger - 219' X 480' of rear parcel) <br />& lot combinations to R26-31-22-22-0011 (KCR Investments - Mr. Richard S. Carlson) <br />in preparation of the future development of Hunters Crossing 2nd Addition, Phase 2. <br />KCR Investments (Mr. Richard S. Carlson) requests consideration of these two (2) new <br />parcels to be allowed to be brought into the 2001-2005 MUSA Development <br />StaginglDate. KCR Investments - Mr. Richard S. Carlson previously requested, was <br />heard and granted Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment Advancing the Development StaginglDate for anticipated development <br />MUSA) from 2006 & 2001 to 2001-2005 (Construction 2003) for the Hunters Crossing <br />
