RICHARD S. CARLSON) FOR THE REQUESTED NEW <br />PARCEL. THE PROPERTY TO BE COMBINED IS CURRENTLY OWNED BY <br />KCR INVESTMENTS. BOTH PARTIES ARE REQUESTING THAT 213.99' X <br />480' BE SPLIT FROM THE REAR OF THE PARCEL AND COMBINED WITH <br />PIN #26-31-22-22-0011 FOR THE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF HUNTERS <br />CROSSING 2ND ADDffiON, PHASE 2. <br />THE PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD BEFORE BOTH THE PLANNING <br />AND ZONING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City <br />Council of the City of Centerville will consider the requested lot split submitted by the <br />current owner Shonagh Boyle and lot combination submitted KCR Investments (Mr. <br />Richard Carlson) to allow 213.99' x 480' to be split from the rear of PIN #26-31-22-22- <br />0004 and combined with PIN #26-31-22-22-0011 for the future development of Hunters <br />Crossing 2nd Addition, Phase 2. Mr. Carlson and the owner of 6719 Centerville Road <br />(Kruger) have received approval to split the rear of their parcel in preparation of the <br />planned development which would leave no land remaining land locked. The meetings <br />are scheduled for Tuesday, September 7, 2004 and Wednesday, September 8, 2004 <br />respectively at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the meeting is to ascertain <br />public input regarding the above request and the possibility of granting the lot split/lot <br />combination as requested. Both public hearings will be held in Council Chambers <br />located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota 55038. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. September 3, 2004.
