The variance is <br />necessary for two separate reasons, in order for me to build a home on the vacant lot. <br /> <br />1. Minimum Area needed on a conforming lot is .15,000 Square feet. <br /> <br />2. Minimum width of a conforming lot is 100 feet from where the home sits. (@ j;;..~d,cf1 ) <br /> <br />Provided with this letter is a site plan that explains that I cannot meet those requirements <br />due to the dimensions of the platted lot.
