<br />Effective lI/23n3 <br />City of Centerville - Ordinance #6 <br />- All property owners within 150 feet of the property on which the vehicle is proposed to be <br />stored will be mailed a notice informing them of the permit application and given the <br />opportunity to comment. (City staff will make the determination of which property <br />owners are within 150 feet of the applicant's property). <br /> <br />- The City has not received more than one (1) documented negative comment from the <br />property owners within 150 feet ofthe applicant's property. <br /> <br />- The Public Works Director has reviewed the site and submitted a recommendation that the <br />outside storage of the vehicle appears to not be disruptive to the surrounding area and does <br />not interfere with easements and street right of ways. <br /> <br />- The vehicle does not appear to pose a hazard as determined by the Public Works Director. <br /> <br />Such special permit will expire on December 31 of each year. Special permits must be renewed <br />annually and shall be non transferable. Permits taken out during the year will not be prorated. Should <br />the applicant meet the above requirements and the Clerk! Administrator grants the permit the applicant <br />shall pay an annual fee to the City of Centerville. The fee shall be as determined in the City Fee <br />Schedule which shall be reviewed annually. <br /> <br />Special conditions which are unique to the individual application may be imposed. <br /> <br />Application denied by the Clerk! Administrator may appeal to the City Council. <br /> <br />Properties which have more than one non-registered/non-operable vehicle and request a special <br />permit shall make application to the City Council versus the Clerk! Administrator. <br /> <br />3. Placing the contents of any cesspool, septic tank, privy vault or garbage can upon the <br />surface of the ground. <br /> <br />4. Placing paper, litter or debris upon open ground. <br /> <br />5. Causing or allowing any unnecessary noises or annoying vibrations. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Any person who shall violate an rovisions of this ordinance shall be <br />guilty of misdemeanor pon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine <br />not exceedin or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than <br />90 day ~,,)t~t-/ ~r~ <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
