Mr. Leibel has been informed that currently the property is zoned <br />Commercial and its designation would need to modified to coincide with what he is <br />requesting. <br /> <br />It also appears that a potential Comprehensive Plan Amendment may need to be <br />completed; however, this will take further research due to The Shores Subdivision and its <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br />
