Teresa Bender

From: Paul Palzer [ppalzer@centervillemn.com]
Sent: Monday, June 28,2004 6:46AM
To: Teresa Bender
Subject: House heights

Good Morning Teresa,

Joel did some investigation into the existing absolute height of homes from their lowest grade point to the highest
point above grade. Currently the highest is 52 feet and a the proposed new home on Mound Court will be 56
feet. These meet the 35 foot averaged ground and roof/eave height allowed in ordinance #4. Planning and
zoning were interested in this number so they can amend ordinance #4 accordingly. Please include this
information for their next meeting. Thanks, Paul

6/28/2004
