Property where waste, discarded and/or salvaged materials <br />are bought, sold, stored, exchanged, cleaned, packed, disassembled or <br />handled. <br /> <br />KenneL Commercial. Any premises which are kept and maintained for <br />the business of selling. boarding, breeding, showing, or treating dogs and <br />any place where five (5) or more dogs over the age of six (6) months of <br />age are habitually kept. <br /> <br />Land Reclamation. Land upon which 25 cubic yards or more offill <br />materia] (rock, concrete, bituminous concrete or sand) is deposited. <br /> <br />Land Removal. Land upon which 100 cubic yards or more of soil or <br />subsoil materia] is removed, not including materia] excavated for the <br />purpose of constructing basements, footings or foundations. <br /> <br />Landscaping. The aesthetic improvement of land by the arrangement of <br />plantings and/or decorative features such as fences and walls. <br /> <br />Light Manufacturing. The processing and fabrication of certain materials <br />and products where no process involved will produce noise, vibrations, <br />air pollution, fire hazard or noxious emissions which will disturb or <br />endanger neighboring properties. <br /> <br />Lot. A platted parcel of land intended to be separately owned, <br />developed, and otherwise used as permitted in the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />Lot Area. The area of a lot in a horizontal plane, exclusive of contours, <br />bounded by the vertical planes through front, side and rear lot lines, but <br />excluding any area which constitutes public waters, public streets, or <br />other rights-of-way. <br /> <br />Lot, Corner. A lot situated at the junction of and abutting on two or <br />more intersecting streets. On a comer lot, the street address or narrowest <br />street dimension of the street shall be considered the Front Yard. The <br />side yard that abuts the other street will have a thirty (30) foot setback. <br /> <br />Lot Coverage. The area of a lot covered by impervious surface, <br />determined by dividing that area of a lot which is occupied or covered by <br />the total horizontal projected surface of all buildings, including covered <br />porches and accessory buildings, by the gross area of that lot. <br /> <br />Lot Depth.
