<br />Subd. 129. <br /> <br />Subd. 130. <br /> <br />Subd. 131. <br /> <br />Subd. 132. <br /> <br />Subd. 133. <br /> <br />Subd. 134. <br /> <br />Subd. 135. <br /> <br />Subd. 136. <br /> <br />Subd. 137. <br /> <br />Subd. 138. <br /> <br />Remodeling. Alterations of a building primarily of an aesthetic nature <br />which may include incidental repairs to supporting members but not <br />structural alterations. <br /> <br />Residential Facility (also Group Homes). A state licensed residential <br />facility, defined by Chapter 462, Minnesota Statues, serving six (6) or <br />fewer persons, in a Single-Family Residential District and no more than <br />sixteen (16) persons in a Multi-Family Residential District. <br /> <br />Right-of-Way. A street, alley or easement permanently established for <br />the passage of persons and vehicles, including the traveled surface of <br />lands adjacent that are formally dedicated to such usage. The right-of- <br />way is measured 12 - 14 feet from the center of the street or road. <br /> <br />Setbacks. Areas of a lot adjoining the lot lines in which structures are <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />Sewer System. Pipelines or conduits, pumping stations. force main, and <br />all other construction devices, appliances, or appurtenances used for <br />conduction sewage or industrial waste or other wastes to a point of <br />ultimate disposal. <br /> <br />Shore Impact Zone. Land located between the ordinary high water level <br />of a public water and a line parallel to it at a setback of fifty percent <br />(50%) of the structure setback. <br /> <br />~ Any structure, device, advertisement or visual representation <br />intended to visually advertise, identify or communicate information, or to <br />visually attract the attention of the public for any purpose unless located <br />within a building and not visible from the exterior of the building. See <br />Ordinance #39. <br /> <br />Significant Historic Site. Any archaeological site, standing structure, or <br />other property that meets the criteria for eligibility to the National <br />Register of Historic Places or is listed in the State Register of Historic <br />Sites, or is determined to be an unplanted cemetery that falls under the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 307.08. A historic site meets <br />these criteria if it is presently listed on either register or if it is <br />determined to meet the qualifications for listing after review by the <br />Minnesota State Archaeologist or the Director of the Minnesota <br />Historical Society. <br /> <br />Sit-Down Restaurant. A restaurant in which more than 20% of the gross <br />sales are through table service. <br /> <br />Site Plan. An outline in detail of the proposed layout of all proposed <br />structures, driveways, parking. Landscaping and other improvements, <br />drawn to an appropriate scale. <br /> <br />13 <br />
