<br />(m.) Recreational fires three ill;\' ill' three ill are allowed. Recreational fires must <br />be actively attended by a responsible adult. When the fire is abandoned it must <br />be completely extinguished. <br /> <br />(n.) Bulk Storage. The storage of bulk liquids, fuels, chemicals, and gases <br />shall be in compliance with and regulated by Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency (MPCA) rules, Minnesota State Fire Marshal rules and the <br />Minnesota State Building Code. <br /> <br />Subd.l. <br /> <br />422.18 Building Numbers. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br /> <br />Numbers Required. It shall be the duty of the owner, leaser, or occupant of <br />every Iwttse principal residential, industrial, commercial or other principal <br />building structure to have proper house or building numbers either by aftlxing to <br />said building such numbers in metal, glass, plastic or other durable material. <br />The numbers shall not be less than six (6) inches in height, in a contrasting color <br />to the base, and so placed to be easily seen from the street. <br /> <br />Alternative Display. In those cases where view of the principal building is <br />obscured from the street of address by accessory buildings, trees, shrubbery or <br />other visual obstruction, the numbers shall be displayed from a permanent <br />mounting on the property so that they are clearly visible from the street of <br />address. <br /> <br />422.19 Sporting, Athletic, and Music Events. Sporting, athletic and music concert events, as defined <br />herein, shall be permitted by Special Use Permit in the Residential Zoning Districts of the City <br />of CenterviIJe, subject to the following requirements. <br /> <br />Subd.1. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br /> <br />Definition. Sporting, athletic, or music events shall be defined as the conducting <br />of such events by indi viduals, non-profit or profit organizations, partnerships or <br />corporations wherein participants and/or patrons are charged an entry fee for the <br />right to participate in such event and/or compete for monetary or merchandise <br />prizes. Such events shall include, but not limited to, softball, football, <br />volleyball, broomball tournaments, or outdoor music concerts. <br /> <br />Special Permit Required. Such activities shall be considered a Special Use <br />within all Residential Zoning Districts ofthe City and shall therefore require a <br />permit. The City shall have the right to make provisions in such permit for <br />insuring public health and sanitation, traffic regulation, noise and litter control <br />and regulation on the number of events that may be conducted on a specific site. <br /> <br />16 <br />
