THE PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNClL <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City <br />Council of the City of Centerville will consider the lot split request submitted by the <br />owner, Mr. Robert Burgstahler, 7381 Old Mill Road (PIN #R14-31-22-31-OO14) on <br />Tuesday, May 4, 2004, Wednesday, May 12, 2004 respectively at 6:30 p.m. or shortly <br />thereafter. Mr. Burgstahler is requesting that the Planning and Zoning Commission and <br />the City Council consider splitting the existing approximate 4.66 acres into two (2) <br />parcels. One (1) parcel being 2.71 acres and one (1) parcel being 1.95 acres. The <br />existing home/structure will be located on the south 1.95 acres of the property.
