<br />b.) All licensed and operational motor vehicles shall be parked on the <br />permitted driveway area. Any non-licensed, non-operational vehicles <br />must be stored in an enclosed structure. <br /> <br />c.) A maximum of two (2) of the following units may be stored outside of <br />a structure for more than forty-eight (48) hours on any residential <br />parcel provided they are stored on the permitted driveway area outside <br />of the road right-of-way or are in a side or rear yard. <br /> <br />~ Boat <br />~ Camper <br />~ Motor Home <br />~ Snowmobile <br />~ Personal watercraft <br />~ Personal Utility trailer <br />~ Ice House <br />~ Small Construction Equipment <br /> <br />Licensed motor homes or fifth wheel utility trailers are allowed in the <br />side or rear yards. <br /> <br />d.) Clothes lines, antennae, air conditions, outdoor grills, play equipment, <br />ornaments and monuments. <br /> <br />e.) Temporary storage of materials and equipment during construction and <br />landscaping. <br /> <br />f.) Lakeshore properties can store the following items of personal property <br />within fifty (50) feet of the shoreline during the months from <br />September to May: <br /> <br />~ Docks <br />~ Boat lifts, <br />~ Swim Rafts <br />~ Slides <br />~ Other swimming equipment <br /> <br />Subd.422.10. Surface Water Management. <br />Storm water shall be managed in accordance with the City's Surface Water <br />Management Plan, National Urban Runoff Program (NURP) standards for the design of <br />new storm water ponds and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency's CAiPC!...) Urban <br />Best Management Practices, entitled "Protecting Water Quality in Urban Areas" <br />federal NPDES Phase II regulations for MS4 plans Storm Water Pollution Prevention . <br />Program permits. These standards shall be applied in the review of any future proposed <br />development to reduce non-point source pollutants into area lakes, creek and county <br />ditches from storm water run-off. <br /> <br />9 <br />
