City ~dmini!ltrator , .Anon <br /> <br />city Administrator Larson stated he bad received an inquiry from a business owner about <br />plastic &bric building in the Commercial B-1 zoning district. He commentecl that the <br />business owner requested an exception for the Commercialllndust zoning districts. <br />Mr. Larson commented the code did not allow them. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the structure. Consensus was that these strueb.D'eS were not <br />allowed and that it isn't in the City's best interest to change that. City Adminisbator <br />Larson indicated he would tbrward Council's decision to the business owner. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reminded Council that his anm,.1 review process should <br />commence shortly. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra recommended addi. it as an executive session fonowing the next <br />scheduled meeting. <br /> <br />2. Centerville SesqJ.UMntennial <br />a. LaCompany <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated LaCompany is committed and a letter of agreement will be <br />forthcoming. <br /> <br />b. Aerial Photo Project <br /> <br />CounciImemberBrossard questioned whether the aerial photo company would take <br />photos for residents on an individual basis. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated they would, but she would like to discuss this with them.. <br />Discussion ensued regarding the types of photos that would be taken. <br />Mayor Capra commented that the local newspapers have asked about the City's <br />Sesquicentenmal She stated the photos ofwhat is happening in Centerville would be the <br />biggest changes in the past 1 SO years. Mayor Capra stated it is a time to celebrate what <br />had been done in the past and what is being done in the present. <br /> <br />3.
