<br /> <br />ervi{{e <br />T..staf;{isfw:[ 1857 <br /> <br />1880 Main Street 0 Cenuroif{e,94!J.l. 55038 <br />(651) 429-3232 .!Fa:;c (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERvaLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-006 <br /> <br />LAURIE LAMOTTE MEMORIAL PARK IMPROVEMENTS <br />-GRANT APPLICATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the-City ofCenterviIle act as legal sponsor for the Laurie <br />LaMotte Memorial Park Improvement Project contained in the Outdoor Recreation Grant <br />Program Application to be submitted on or before March 31, 2001, and that the City <br />Administrator is ~by authorized to apply to the Department of Natural Resources for <br />fimding on this project OIi behalf of the City ofCenterviIle. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Ce~erviIle has the legal authority to <br />apply for financial assistance, and the institutional, managerial, and financial capability to <br />ensure adequate construction, operation, maintenance and replacement of the proposed <br />project for its design life. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of CenterviIle has not incurred any costs <br />descn"bed in Item 4 and has not entered into any written agreements to purchase property. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City ofCenterville has not violated any Federal, <br />State, or Local laws pertaining to fraud, bn"bery, graft, kickbacks, collusiolli contlict of <br />'interest or other unlawfulor corrupt practice. <br /> <br />BE rr FURTHER RESOLVED that upon approval of its application by the state, the City <br />ofCenterville may enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota for the above <br />referenced project, and that the City of Centerville certifies that it will comply with all <br />applicable laws and regulations as stated in the grant agreement. . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Ad.ministriltor is hereby <br />- authorized to execute such agreements as are necessary to implement the project on <br />behalf of the applicant. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCn..
