<br />Effective: 3/13/91 <br />City of Centerville Ord. #51 <br /> <br />Upon being notified by the Board of a license, the orWlni~tion shall pay to the City an <br />investigation fee in an amount to be determined by the City Council in the form of a resolution. <br />Failure to promptly pay the required investigation fee shall be grounds for disapproval of a <br />license. <br />Subsection 2. Permit Fee. <br />No Orgpni7J'Jtion my conduct a gambling event which would otherwise be allowed pursuant to <br />the exemptions set forth in Minnesota Statutes section 349.214~ without first securing a permit <br />from the City and paying a permit fee in an amount to be determined by the City Council in the <br />form of a resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION 6.
