<br />SUBJECT: 2002 Budget/Expenditures

<br />Attached, please find budgetlexpenditme information that you requested at your last
<br />meeting. Please note that the Parks and Recreation Committee is an advisory committee
<br />that makes recommendations to Council for their consideration.
<br />
<br />You will note that attached are expenditures for department 45200 (Committee), 45201
<br />(Programs), and 45202 (Maintenance). These expenditures will be provided on a
<br />monthly basis for your information. Also, attached you will find an expenditure report
<br />for department 49995 (capital improvements). This department is your budgeted
<br />allotment, along with Park Dedication fees for purchases of park. equipment, trees, etc.
<br />Recommendations for expenditures will be forwarded to Council. Councn may request
<br />the City Administrator and Public Works DirectorlBuBding Official to make
<br />recommendations pertaining to same. Ordering of all items will be completed internal by
<br />City Hall staff using a purchase order.
