We felt it was necessary to state our position on the no wake zone <br />ordinance. We are in favor of a no wake zone. We would support two alternatives for <br />its location as stated below in order of preference. <br /> <br />'" Due to safety concerns and for the protection and preservation of the <br />biodiversity of the wildlife, and the aquatic and vegetative ecosystems, that exist; <br />6 out of 9 property owners ~upport passage of a no wake zone ordinance <br />extending 200 feet south of the island and extending straight across to the <br />eastern shore.
