<br />.~ <br /> <br />Notes: Deadline for registration for all dates shall be the previous Friday. <br />Each activity shall not exceed thirty (30) kids. A second session will be <br />scheduled if necessary for all activities with the exception of the programs <br />scheduled for two hours. Todd will need to be notified ASAP to determine <br />the need of a second session. Open enrollment will be closed to large groups <br />to allow general public to take advantage of programs. Second sessions may <br />also be scheduled for large group registrations (Apple Academy) <br /> <br />Registration Form should be faxed to Todd or Rhonda at Wargo for <br />proofing. Any questions about information that should be included on the <br />form can be answered by Rhonda. (Required legal info. Etc.) Also note on <br />the registration form that any and all adult volunteers would be appreciated. <br /> <br />Prepaid fees should be collected at the time of registration to prevent no- <br />shows. <br /> <br />A Waiver must be signed and kept on file at City Hall for the canoeing <br />program. A copy of Anoka County's waiver is included. <br /> <br />Wargo Nature Center's fees for 2002 programs will be the same as last year. $50.00 for <br />each two hour program.
