If it were just north of the basketball court but with the door
and access facing west and off the path that goes north from the basketball
court, then we could shield the south side (the most visible Rugly" part of
it as viewed from the road and houses to the south). We could also shield
the east side - there's a few houses in that direction... and perhaps the
north side.
Wayne

-----Original Message-----
From: Tom Lee [mailto:TomLee@nol-tec.com]
Sent: Wednesday, July'lO, 2002 12:57 PM
To: kathy046@aol.comi tpplus5@aol.comi kstephan@centervillemn.comi
userpooh5382@cs.comi ray@raydevine.comi brian.walter@syngenta.comi
Wayne.LeBlanc@ONISYS.comi skseeley@yahoo.com
Subject: Re: Satellite at Tracy McBride Park

Wayne,

I got a chance to get up to McBride park last night. I attempted to
cut the bands around the trees, bit they were embedded in to bark too
deep to get my side cutters to them. (I managed to cut a few trees
loose) I think maybe a cold chisel may work if it doesn't damage the
trees too bad. I will try again as soon as possible.

I believe Tedd said that the utilities ran between the back of the
satellite and the trail near the basket ball court. I believe he said
there work more utilities on the west side of the trail that accesses
the satellite as well. From what I could envision, the best place for
the satellite with a fence or natural cover around it would be to place
it on the north side of the basket ball court.

1
