<br />TO: Parks & ReereatioD Committee <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Kim Stephan--- - <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />July 2, 2002 <br /> <br /> <br />SUBJECT: New Business <br /> <br />I am in the process of transferring information from the City's cmrent web <br />site, which is at (www.centervillemn.com). updating information as <br />necessary and drafting new sections for the Web for Cities site at <br />(www.centerville.govoffice.com).This site is cmrently live and can be <br />viewed at any time, but as it is still ooder construction the information has <br />not been released to the public. Please take a look at what has been entered <br />to this point and I would appreciate any comments or input as to information <br />or format I am looking for ideas as to how you would like the section on <br />Parks & Recreation to look and what type of information you would like to <br />include, if any, about yourselves and the committee. We have the capability <br />to take digital photographs and as the web site progre~ses I will add pictures <br />of the community and events. Please keep in mind that this is a work in <br />progress and you certainly will find areas that are incomplete or not <br />formAtterl correctly at this time. <br /> <br />The Finance Director, Ellen Paulseth, has put together a 2003 Budget Sheet <br />for you to start looking at She also gave you financials, researching each <br />item requested. Ms. Paulseth will attend your committee meeting if <br />requested and answer any questions you may have. <br /> <br />Ms. Bender, City Clerk reports there is $5,000 in Score Foods, which can be <br />used to purchase recycled products <br /> <br />The Shores $11,000 Trail Escrow has not yet been received, but COWlCil <br />Member Broussard-Vickers asked that this be put on your agenda for <br />discussion. <br />
