The copy is not very clear, but it says: <br /> <br />Royal Meadow, a joint venture between Banker's Guaranty, Inc., a <br />Minnesota Corporation, and Hart Custom Homes, IDe., a Minnesota <br />Corporation, equal partDen, do hereby donated and dedicate to the <br />public for public use forever the thoroughfares, park, and dninage and <br />utility easements as shown on the plat. <br /> <br />Park & Trait Plan <br />Included on the Agenda per Ms. Moore-Sykes is the Park & Trail Plan. Per <br />Paul Pa1zer, Public Works Director this is a 5 to 10 year plan that needs <br />updating. This will need to be included in the 2003 budget. <br />
