SET AGENDA <br /> <br />There were no additions to the agenda. <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />IV. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard-Vickers was unable to attend the meeting, but made a brief <br />appearance to discuss the 2003 budget as it affects the Parks and Recreation Committee. <br />The City Council voted to stay at the 2002 levy amount. This will reduce the amount <br />available to the committee. The amount allotted to Parks and Recreation for 2003 will <br />be approximately $10,000 and the Parks Program. Coordinator position was eliminated. <br /> <br />lof5 <br />
