Landowners' desire to locate a fence partially within the right-of-way/drainage <br /> <br /> <br />and utility easem.ent(s). Landowners seek permissionftom the City to encroach in the City's <br /> <br /> <br />right-of-way/drainage and utility easement. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THEIR. MUTUAL COVENANTS, <br /> <br /> <br />THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
