OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Selection of Planning Consultant-Recommendations of Sub-Committee <br /> <br />Commissioner Love reported the subcommittee met and interviewed three planning firms <br />on March 20,2007. He stated the first interview was with Mr. Dean Johnson of Resource <br />Strategies Corporation, consultant on the comprehensive plan in 2006. Commissioner <br />Love commented the committee expressed concerned because it is a two-person firm <br />with a lot of work. He stated that, after interviewing Mr. Dan Jochum and Mr. Mike <br />Darrow of Short Elliott Hendricson, the subcommittee felt they did not take the time to <br />understand Centerville. <br /> <br />Page 10f7 <br />
