Fitzgerald: <br /> <br />In June, St. Genevieve's Building Committee appeared before the City Council to discuss <br />the possibility of renovating and expanding the current church structure. As part of that <br />discussion, it was also proposed that the City consider vacating Goiffon Road. The City <br />Attorney indicated that as long as the police or fire departments did not see a problem <br />with the vacation and that the road was not a county road, the City could vacate it.
