Centennial Fire District Expenditures through January 17,2007 Claims <br />3. Centennial Lakes Police Department Expenditures through January 11,2007 <br />4. Pay Request #5, Yolk Sewer & Water, Inc. - $2,465.44 <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Paar. seconded by Council Member Lakso. to approve <br />the Consent Ae:enda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VI. A W ARDSIPRESENT ATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Proposed City Goals & Obiectives - 2007 <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson noted that these goals will require some additional steps along <br />the way, especially with the downtown project that requires phasing. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Lakso. to table. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Member Lee thanked City Administrator Larson for the preparation involved in <br />this process. <br /> <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Resolution #07-004 - Authorizing the City to Act as the Legal Sponsor for <br />Redevelopment Grant Program & Submission of Documentation to the <br />Department of Employment & Economic Development <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that this is a grant for Phase I of the downtown <br />redevelopment project. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lakso. seconded by Council Member Lee. to approve <br />Resolution #07-004 Authorizine: the City to Act as the Lee:al Sponsor for <br /> <br />Page 2 of5 <br /> <br />3 <br />
