<br />7. Fairview Street Improvements (000616-06148-0). We have provided the City with a <br />feasibility estimate for the improvements so that staff may negotiate assessment waivers with <br />the adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />8. Block 7 Redevelopment Grading and Utility Improvements (000616-06152-0). All <br />underground installation is completed. Working with the Contractor in getting the final <br />Sanitary Sewer testing completed. We are currently also working on a Record Plan Drawing, <br />before completion we will have Public Works review and add any additional comments. <br /> <br />9. Centerville Townoffice Park 2nd Addition (000616-06152-0). At the last city council <br />meeting, approval of the preliminary plat and conditional use permit were given. Construction <br />is expected in the spring. <br /> <br />10. Hanzal's Addition (000616-06154-0). We reviewed the submitted grading plan and <br />preliminary plat and have offered our comments. <br /> <br />11. 1601 Lamotte Park Property (000616-07155-0). Mark Statz attended the Parks Commission <br />meeting on February 7. The commission brainstormed on ideas for park improvements and <br />amenities. Items discussed were possibilities for the artesian well on site, trails, a <br />gazebo/pavilion, and shoreline restoration. Bonestroo will surveying some trees on site to <br />provide a base map for planning purposes. We will also be providing a rough cost estimate for <br />the list of potential items on the site. <br /> <br />12. Miscellaneous <br />. We submitted a scope of services and engineering proposal for the production of a <br />Downtown Redevelopment Comprehensive Infrastructure Plan. This would layout, <br />conceptually, the sewer, water, storm water, and street systems to allow continuity and <br />reliability of theses systems as they are designed and constructed in phases. Included <br />with this proposal is a separate estimate to complete an EA W if it is necessary. <br />. We have submitted a scope and proposal to assist the City in obtaining easements to <br />reroute the power lines around the downtown redevelopment area. <br /> <br />- End of memo - <br />
