<br /> <br />The City Council of Centerville, Minnesota met in a closed session on Wednesday, April <br />25, 2007, at 8:10 p.m. in City Hall. Present were Mayor Mary Capra, Council members <br />Linda Broussard, Michelle Lakso, Tom Lee and Jeff Paar. Also present was <br />Administrator Dallas Larson. The purpose of the closed meeting was to complete the <br />annual personnel evaluation of City Administrator Dallas Larson. <br /> <br />The Council reviewed their evaluations of Dallas Larson each giving high marks for his <br />work and all expressed their satisfaction with his performance. Mr. Larson expressed his <br />appreciation for their remarks and confidence. Larson was excused from the meeting <br />briefly while the Council discussed compensation issues. <br /> <br />The meeting was reopened to the public at 8:20 p.m. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Council member Lee that Larson be given a satisfactory review <br />and that due to exceptional performance and in recognition of the council’s satisfaction <br />with Larson’s work, that his salary be increased to Step 9 in pay grade 14, effective July <br />1, 2007. The motion was seconded by Council member Broussard-Vickers, all present <br />voted in favor. The motion was declared passed. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Dallas Larson, City Administrator <br />
