<br />alternates 1 and/or 2, Veit & Company, Ine would be the low bidder. These Bids have been reviewed and
<br />corrected where necessary.

<br />If the City Council wishes to award the Project to the low Bidder based on the Base Bid alone or with
<br />any combination of Alternates 1 and/or 2, then Jay Bros.. Ine. should be awarded the Project for
<br />the Base Bid Amount of $161,752.80 plus Alternates (If applicable).

<br />If the City Coundl wishes to award the Project to the low Bidder based on the Base Bid plus Alternate
<br />3. with or without any combination of Alternates 1 and/or 2. then Velt and Company, Inc'St. Paul
