P~(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLU'DON ##07-0)'4/1 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF PART OF OLD MILL <br />ROAD <br />WHEREAS, on April II, 2007, a resolution was adopted by the Council accepting a <br />feasibility report and calling for public hearing on the improvement of Old Mill Road <br />from a point approximately 200 feet north of Revoir Street to the north city limits by <br />installation of watermain, sanitary sewer, street pavement, curb, storm sewer and related <br />drainage improvements, and <br />WHREAS, ten (10) days mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing <br />was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 23nl day of May, 2007, at which all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to action of the City Council on April II, 2007, the engineer has <br />prepared plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby determined to be necessary, cost-effective and <br />feasible as detailed in the feasibility report prepared for such improvement. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution <br />adopted on April II, 2007. <br />3. Plans and specifications prepared for such improvement by City Engineer, Mr. <br />Mark Statz of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates are hereby approved <br />and ordered placed on file with the City Clerk. <br /> <br />4.
