P~(651)429-8629 <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVlLLE <br />RESOLU11ON I07-oXX <br />A RESOLU'nON AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP <br />PROGRAM <br />COOPeRA11VEAGREEMENT FORANOKA COUNTY <br /> <br />s <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has been classified as an Urban County eDgible to receive Community <br />Development Block Grant Funds and HOME Investment Partnership funds through the Depar1ment <br />of Housing and Urban Development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each community In Anoka County has the option to opt In or out of the Anoka County <br />CDBG and HOME programs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each community who opts In must enter Into a Cooperative Agreement every three <br />years to continue to be Included In the Urban Countr, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by opting into the Anoka County program and authorizing the Cooperation Agreement, <br />the CIty of Centerville wID be eDgible to apply for CDBG and HOME funds through the County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of CenterviIle has elected to opt In since Anoka County became an Urban <br />Countr, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of CenterviUe City CouncD authorizes and <br />directs the Mayor and City Administrator to execute ttte Anoka County Cormwnity Development <br />Block Grant and HOME Inves1ment Partnership Program Cooperative Agreement <br /> <br />Adopted by the <br />AlTEST: <br /> <br />City CouncR this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />. 2007. <br /> <br />.
