At the conclusion of this meeting, we agreed to formulate a letter explaining our final position on the <br />fees we have accrued to date in the design and administration of this project. It is always our intent to finish the job <br />at or uFlder-the hourly budget we set with our letter proposal at the beginning of any project. This <br />endeavor is'balanced by the need to provide the high level of service you expect. To achieve both of these <br />goals:'we sometimes find the need to waive fees for hours worked in excess of our project budget but that <br />were needed to provide you the proper level of service. <br />. .
