Motion mrried DnAntgaoDRh. <br /> <br />Va Chair Klennert-Hunt referred to Item D and inquired as to whether this statement <br />agreed with the parking requirement. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson repfied that the more restrictive ordinance woukl be enforced. <br />He commented that Item D is intended for shared parking or to purchase land for <br />additioDa1 parldna. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Klennert-Hunt questioned whether the City Council should be maldng the <br />decisiODS relative to Item G instead of the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied that the process starts with the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission making and forwardiDg a reeommendation to the City Council. He stated <br />that the City Council would make the final decision. <br /> <br />Commissioner Love questioned if the elements pointed out in Item I would present <br />opportunities to look at the CUP. <br /> <br />City Adftliniltrator Lenon replied that it could if the oonditions were not abided by. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pangell inquired whether existing businesses would fall under this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied that it is difficult to impose new regulations onto <br />existing businesses. <br /> <br />Counci1member Broussard questioned Commissioner Pangell if he meant that if the <br />owner were not keepina the property up, would there be a reason to review the CUP. <br /> <br />Commissioner pangen replied that was correct. <br /> <br />..... bY C,.-.......er PA'lML ......by Co~mfMloner ~ to ....e <br />OntinAnee ## . He explained that the name Clearwater Creek Estates imparted a <br />more conducive rdection of the City.
