AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br /> <br />1.Mr. John Golden, 1654 Lakeland Circle, Request for Encroachment Agreement <br />Associated with Constructed Pool in Easement <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz reported that Mr. Golden pulled a permit for the electrical and <br />plumbing work on a pool. He stated that the inspectors approved the work; however, <br />through the process it became apparent the pool might be located in an easement.
