<br />20. Survival. All of the terms, covenants, conditions, representations and <br /> <br />warranties of this Agreement shall survive and continue in full force and effect and shall <br /> <br />be enforceable after the closing and after conveyance of the Property to Buyer. <br /> <br />21. Notices. Either Party hereto may change its address for the service <br /> <br />of notice hereunder by delivering written notice of said change to the other party hereto, <br /> <br />in the manner above SPeCified, at least ten (10) days prior to the eff~ve date of said <br />change. <br />22. Captions.
