<br />A. Park Dedication. Before the City signs the final Plat, the Developer shall <br /> <br />make a cash contribution of $18,000 in lieu of land dedication. <br /> <br />B. Trail Easement. Developer shall provide in a form and description <br /> <br />acceptable to City, an executed easement for the dedication of a trail along the northerly <br /> <br />portion of the property which will permit a future east-west trail through the property. <br /> <br />C. Mailboxes. Developer shall provide and install mailboxes to serve all lots <br /> <br />in the Plat. Developer shall provide a plan showing locations and installation details. <br /> <br />Mailboxes shall be of high quality. <br /> <br />D. Drainage Fees. The Plat is subject to fees for stormwater drainage at <br /> <br />$0.05739 per square foot.. The drainage fees are based upon the gross area of the Plat <br /> <br />and are calculated as follows: <br /> <br />Gross Area of Plat: <br />Fees <br />TOTAL <br /> <br />277,044.0 sq. ft. <br />x $0.05739 ~r sq. ft. <br />$15,900.00 <br /> <br />All drainage fees must be paid in full in cash upon execution of this Agreement. <br /> <br />E. Record Construction Drawings. All plats, plans and record construction <br /> <br />drawings for Developer Improvements shall be supplied to the City in electronic format <br /> <br />and developer pay a cash fee to the City for City base map upgrading. This fee is $36.50 <br /> <br />per lot for a total charge of$219.00 (6 lots x $36.50). <br /> <br />F. Electronic Format. The Developer shall submit the final Plat in electronic <br /> <br />format. The electronic format shall be either AutoCAD, * .DWG file or a * .DXF file <br /> <br />. using Anoka County NAD83 coordinates.
