Centervill'e,:M!N 55038 <br />(651) 429-3232 . p~ (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLUTION #07-025 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF REQUEST FOR STATE <br />BONDING FUNDS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF A PORTION OF <br />ANOKA COUNTY STATE AID mGHWAY 14 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville has been working with Anoka County, the local <br />property owners on plans for the reconstruction of a portion of Anoka County State Aid <br />Highway 14 from Interstate 3SE to Interstate 35W; and <br />WBREAS, all the above parties mentioned agree that the reconstruction of Anoka <br />County State Aid Highway 14 is critically needed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation and the United States <br />Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration have stated they do not <br />have funding available for this project. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA, the City Council of the City of Centerville authorizes <br />the submission of a request to the Minnesota State Legislature for 2008 bonding funds for <br />the local share of improvements attributed to the reconstruction of Anoka County State <br />Aid Highway 14 within the City ofCenterville at a reconstruction cost ofS2,454,993. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council thi~f'y ofIune, 2007. <br /> <br />:zn~ <br /> <br />~~~.i.-:Jxt~~~ <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk: <br />
