There is a cable <br />across the entry which would be <br />nice to have unlocked for this <br />one day event <br /> <br /> <br />I talked to Mayor Mary Capra and St <br />Paul Utility representative Bill Tschida <br />and both are receptive. Bill was <br />worried about people thinking they <br />could use the property. On July 13, I <br />see the city of Centerville has already <br />installed a new fence and posted a <br />LARGE sign that says "WARNING, <br />NO TRESPASSING, VIOLATORS <br />WILL BE PROSECUTED." I think <br />this shows clearly people will not <br />normally trespass. For Aug 4, perhaps <br />a sign could say, "St Paul Water <br />Utility grants permission for the <br />sailboat event, Aug 4 only." <br /> <br />Bill also said the city should sponsor the event and liability then would fall with the city and not me or St <br />Paul Water. <br /> <br />I hope this might all be worked out to the sati$&ction of aU. I think it could be a nice thing to do.
